Welcome to Radar Development, Tanzania´s only recruitment agency dedicated to serving people with disabilities.

Radar Development is a not for profit division of Radar Group Limited. Its primary aim is to assist people with disabilities (PWDs) to find employment and to promote disability awareness in the workplace.

Radar Development assists employers in placing people disabilities within their organisations through a comprehensive package of information and support services.

With almost 3 years experience in finding gainful employment for PWDs, within a range of companies in Tanzania, we have the expertise to help both job seekers and employers reach their employment goals.

Our mission is to promote the formal employment of persons with disabilities and to facilitate an inclusive workplace of equal opportunity where PWDs can reach their potential.
